We are a cash based practice and patients are required to settle their account after each session. We will supply an invoice reflecting payment for patients to claim back from their medical aid fund. Our practice fees are set within the average range of what most medical aids typically cover. However, reimbursement amounts may vary depending on each medical aid’s individual fee structure and plan benefits. Patients remain responsible for submitting their own claims directly to their medical aid, and our practice cannot guarantee the level of reimbursement received.
